Aids To Navigation

SK-E8594

The E8594 is a high-performance, power-efficient, medium-intensity marine LED Projector sector lantern with a range of up to 23 NM and a 5 NM daytime range. This lantern features a beam configuration tailored to customer requirements at the factory. All E859X Lanterns come with factory-configured Day and Night mode luminous intensity, selectable by a single digital input. These lanterns support rapid PWM control, essential for generating navigational signals at reduced intensities and for utilizing Fixed-and-Flashing (FFL) rhythmic characters or Slow Flash Front (SFF). The field-proven E8594 design includes optional Opposite-Isophase sector signal control, which produces rhythmic characters that reduce the latency of spatial awareness updates for mariners: the white sector signal is active during the eclipse of colored sectors and vice versa, providing immediate awareness of leaving the white sector without the usual delay. A two-tiered design with two additional sectors offering alternating flashing on sector boundaries is available as the E8595 model.
